    <content type="html">well. still haven't been counting my cals. i don't know why? am i that lazy? &lt;br /&gt;went to the gym last night , did cardio and lifted a few weights but not my whole workout. i'm in love with the stair climber at the moment, its such a good workout. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had a session with my PT tonight, god she worked me hard, it was hard because i've had a week or two away from the gym! at the end of my bicep curls i thought i couldn't lift anymore!! but i did it!! did heaps of ab work tonight, my gut has definitley shrunk in size, i can tell just looking at it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;goals for tomorrow:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-one hour of gym&lt;br /&gt;-4 pieces of fruit</content>

    <content type="html">i had a pretty decent holiday season all up. was good on xmas day, boxing day i splurged a bit with a massive serving of pavlova, icecream, cream and mango souffle. gah. did i pig out?!! heaps of chips and cream and other things over the last 4 days, but back to normal from now on. i did manage a few good walks over the w/e so all is not lost!</content>

    <content type="html">today i ate:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 x coffee w rice milk &amp; 1sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 x nectarines&lt;br /&gt;8 x steam vegan dim sims (low fat)&lt;br /&gt;bit of rocket salad (picked the bits without dressing cause dressing was revolting)&lt;br /&gt;1 x musashi power bar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;lots of water! haven't had dinner yet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had my personal trainer on monday night - i'm getting fitter i just know it. did 40mins cardio last night before my 5Kg club meeting. I"ve lost 9cm all round since i got measured for the first time about a month ago. i couldn't believe it. i'm pretty sure it was 9. its a bit unbelievable really. my gym closes down over xmas, but i'm just gonna go walking every day and be really careful what i eat over xmas too. don't want to stack on 2kg over xmas!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;over the last week i've been trying to only eat fruit as snacks. i've had other things (like a power bar - and i was bad on saturday at the beach i had a bubble o bill ice cream and some hot chips!) but other than that the fruit only for snacks is really great!!</content>

    <content type="html">need more motivation. need more motivation. falling off the wagon. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;did 45mins cardio today, ate sushi for lunch and a fresh carrot, orange and beetroot juice for breaky. i put on weight last week. i need to get it off again. i don't want to gain over xmas. i want to break the 55Kg mark. i'm plateuing at 56.something.. i've dropped from going to the gym 4 times a week to an average of twice. i need to bump it up again. i'm letting my social life get in the way of my excersise and that sux. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i need a weightloss buddy . someone who i can check in with every day and see how they're going and give each other encouragement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v71/pritty/early_madonna_nude116.jpg"&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">i hurt for 2 days after my first PT session! i have my next one on wednesday night! the only other excersise i did this week was half an hour or so cardio on saturday. it was a pretty poor effort though. lol.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i need more thinspiration! i think i'm lapsing in my diet!&lt;br /&gt;i'm eating wheat more and more, and i'm drinking dairy if there is no rice milk, instead of going and buying it!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i need to get back on track.</content>

    <content type="html">i was going to go to the gym and do cardio this arvo but i was tired and thought i'd better rest tonight. i can feel my muscles after my workout yesterday - so i'll stick with the raised weights on the triceps and the number of crunches/situps i did yesterday as well. need to do more on my legs though. for my legs i do:&lt;br /&gt;90degree leg press 3 sets x 12 reps x 55 kg&lt;br /&gt;hamstring curls on the fitball 3 sets x 12 reps&lt;br /&gt;treadmill&lt;br /&gt;bike&lt;br /&gt;elliptical&lt;br /&gt;i feel like i want to do more though because it seems i'm only focusing on the hamstring but i'd like to define the muscles on my calves and the rest of my legs too. i might start doing lunges for thighs and those ones where you raise your weight up on your tiptoes from the edge of a step for the calves. any other suggestions?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;drank heaps of water today. thats good. haven't eaten much though . bad. &lt;br /&gt;1 x coffee for breaky&lt;br /&gt;2 x nectarines for snack&lt;br /&gt;1 x wrap with egg/mayo/lettuce/roasted capsicum for lunch &lt;br /&gt;1 x snall fresh carrot/celery/beetroot juice&lt;br /&gt;1 x apple&lt;br /&gt;1 x rice cake&lt;br /&gt;2 x tempeh burgers for dinner (very fatty. didn't realise how fatty they are before). &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i want more coffee</content>

    <content type="html">15 minds cardio&lt;br /&gt;45 mins weight training. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i love weights. i upped my 90degree leg press to 55kg. &lt;br /&gt;there was a stupid sculpt class going on while i was doing my weights which meant that they took all the bars and the lightish freeweights so i couldn't do my bicep curls!!!! oh woe is me. i'll have to do them tomorrow. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i've got a headache. i haven't been eating much fresh fruit and veges over the weekend and today, maybe thats why. though i did have a massive fresh vege juice with lunch.</content>

    <content type="html">went to pilates this morning. it was good. i want to try and go on saturdays and monday nights. had sushi today - was yum! still not counting my cals - but making healthy choices ...except for last night with that creamy pasta :/&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i've definitley lost 4 kg and my bodyfat count is going down down down. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i'm starting with my personal trainer, i think i'll go twice a week for 10 weeks which is how many free sessions i have with my gym membership. i reckon in that time i'll notice a massive change in my body. &lt;br /&gt;i want to focus on defining my muscles - i'm already on the right track with body fat loss - so i just need help with getting my muscles to look how i want.</content>

    <content type="html">ate ridiculously healthily today, sooo much fruit!! salad and egg wrap with some tempeh on it. it was delish. for lunch. &lt;br /&gt;we went to a vegetarian vietnamese place on enmore rd which is relatively new. they had all the 'chicken' and 'beef' and even 'prawns' made from soy it was a bit scary really i have no idea how they do it but it tasted really good!!! probably hell-a fattening but who cares. &lt;br /&gt;went out to see a band tonight and only had one frangelico on ice - and two waters. yay me. &lt;br /&gt;went to the gym this arvo - 10 min treadmill - 5 min bike - 5 min elliptical - 45 min weight training. upped my weights on my 90degree leg press, and tricep curl.</content>

    <content type="html">weighed in tonight - didn't lose any weight this week, but my bodyfat went down! yay. only did weights twice this week, and did cardio tonight.&lt;br /&gt;this week i've discovered protein bars! i always wondered whats the point - but they're great! thats probably why i didn't lose any weight but still!&lt;br /&gt;this weekend i'm going to eat super healthy. no more protein bars for a little while. i kind of ODd on them i think! .</content>

I pigged out big time last night and my gut was soo bloated....it still hasn't gone down all the way so i'm scared to eat anything. my gut is so unpredictable. I just got a soy chai tea so that will satisfy my caffine hit for the day i hope. a coffee would definitely bloat me more than this. If any of the pictures work out I'll post one !</content>

I normally don't even buy sweets, but i had an old friend around the other night watching dvds and we bought an assortment of sweets to eat while watching. Just now i had some left overs and ate (quite a few) kool mints and a few marshmellows, and now i feel yuk and bloated. not guilty, i just feel yuk after eating all that processed sugar. my mouth feels dry and i feel sick. this is good!! it means i'm not tempted to eat that junk anymore. i'd rather eat some popcorn, or a yummy stirfry or a mango or peach. i love summer cause all the stonefruit is out! yay for summer and lots of salads and fruit!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v71/pritty/thinspire/Glizbig.jpg"&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">got up early and went to the gym. did 15mins on the bike, then did my full weight routine for about half hour - 40mins. i did it slow so all my muscles got a good workout. then did some stretches and went shopping! got a cute necklace, and some friendship bracelets as a reward for all my good work! and i bought some big sunnies at newtown festival cause i've lost mine. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v71/pritty/thinspire/10720.jpg"&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">i just went to pilates and it was fabulous. i didn't do the push-up at the beginning of the class for warm up to save my wrist, and i'm feeling really great! no pain at all. i love pilates. then i did 15 mins walk/jog on the treadmill and 5 mins on the bike. then went and bought a yummy juice, with:&lt;br /&gt;orange&lt;br /&gt;carrot&lt;br /&gt;beetroot&lt;br /&gt;strawberry&lt;br /&gt;blended with ice. &lt;br /&gt;it was so yum! then i bought fruit and veg and some tofu to make another one of my current obsession tofu stirfry noodle dinner. and i bought some yummy little vegan wontons and steamed them and dipped them in soy-mixed-with-sweetchillisauce. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i think i need a nap!</content>

    <content type="html">went to the gym - wow its a bit hot today...i did about 15 mins on treadmill, 10 mins on bike, 5 mins on rower, did some ab twist crunches and then had enough. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;had salad for lunch, some baked beans for breaky, a banana for snack and a biscuit with my tea this arvo. oh, and 2 coffees this morning. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;now the scales say 57Kg (125).</content>
