I am getting married next year and am trying to lose 5kg in a HEALTHY way.
I am vegan (for Animal Rights reasons but the health benefits are a great bonus!), try to eat a healthy balanced diet and exercise regularly. I go to the gym, self defence course and have just signed up for pole dancing lessons! I also want to start ballet classes again.
This isn't my main journal, just a place to keep record of my daily exercise and eating habits, and feelings regarding the fat-loss without boring my regular friends who aren't interested!
